Dr. Elsa Lheriteau
Dr. Lheriteau obtained her PhD in Biological and Medical Science at the University of Nantes. After that, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the same university from 2010-2012, developing viral vectors for genetic therapy in the field of the visual system. She obtained a Marie Curie postdoctoral Fellowship to continue her studies on viral vectors for human therapies at the University College London Cancer Institute, from 2012-2014. She was also involved in the preparation of clinical trials of phase I/II.
Since 2015, Elsa is Xenothera’s Project Officer, being responsible for coordination of the development plan, and of the contacts with the partners and subcontractors of the company during the projects, with special focus on supervising the purification process, safety, regulatory affairs and preparation of the clinical trial.
